Intolec Electrical was acquired by Steve Lyon who heads up his 2nd generation family electrical business in Sydney which was established in 1977. We are excited to announce this new chapter in our journey, and we want to assure our valued customers that the Intolec team is staying on, and our exemplary service will continue.
Intolec has a proud history of electrical works throughout Australia. Now based across Northern New South Wales and Southeast Queensland, our team brings together a group of qualified, practiced, and knowledgeable professionals from every sector of the electrical industry. While our people are diverse in their experience and skillset, we are united in our approach.

Meet Our Team
Steven Lyon
Managing Director
Since acquiring Intolec Electrical business in October 2024, Steve has focused on strengthening Intolec’s operations and building the team. With over 30 years’ experience in managing multiple electrical contracting businesses, Steve continues to deliver the reliable service the business has long been known for.
We work across residential, commercial, industrial and insurance projects throughout Southeast Queensland and the Northern Rivers, New South Wales. His role is to ensure the systems, people, and support behind every job are solid so our electricians can get on with what they do best.
Kathleen Lyon
Accounts/Admin Manager
Kathleen brings over 20 years of corporate experience to Intolec Electrical. She manages the accounts and admin side of our commercial and residential projects across Southeast Queensland and Northern Rivers, New South Wales.
Whether scheduling jobs, coordinating with clients, and making sure all payments and invoicing are up to date, or making sure we’re delivering what we promised, Kathleen focuses on keeping things efficient, professional, and personal.
Ange Dion
HSEQ Manager
Ange has joined the Intolec team with over 20 years of experience managing workplace health and safety.
Ange manages all our HSEQ and meets the highest safety standards and expectations at all times with a duty of care to our customers, employees of the business, our contractors, the public, and the community at large.
Maddison Carr
Site Operations Manager
With over 10 years of experience as an electrician, Maddison has a vast amount of knowledge in electrical contracting, keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, current standards, regulations, and moving into business operations now.
Her role is to schedule, coordinate jobs, manage supplier relationships, and team logistics. Maddison ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She also supports our team in the office to make sure every job is delivered with the quality, safety, and attention to detail our clients expect throughout Southeast Queensland and Northern Rivers, New South Wales.
Daniel Wight
Site Supervisor
With over 25 years of experience in servicing and managing installations of mid-to-high level electrical contracts, Daniel continues to deliver expert solutions to our clients in the corporate, commercial, industrial, and high-end domestic spaces throughout Southeast Queensland and Northern Rivers, New South Wales.
Daniel Johnson
Site Electrician
In 2024, Daniel joined the Intolec Electrical team with over 25 years of experience in providing electrical servicing and installations for mid-to-high level electrical contracts. Daniel continues to deliver solutions to our clients in commercial, industrial, and domestic spaces throughout Southeast Queensland and Northern Rivers, New South Wales.
